- Temper the Puracé 36% Dark Milk Chocolate as shown on the back of the envelope. - Boil the Cream in the Fondue set. - Pour the Chocolate into the Cream and let it rest for 1 minute. - Mix with a rubber spatula until you have a uniform mixture. - Now you can start enjoying your fondue, you just have to use the set tools to dip the accompaniments into the Ganache. - Keep the Fondue set warm as you eat, without allowing it to boil again.Chocolate Fondue
